I love the RAIN right now!!!



The streak of hot weather is over!!! Today is the coolest day since July 12th. Looking outside and seeing the sprinkling rain is so refreshing. It may be something that only a pacific northwesterner would miss so terribly, but almost an entire month with out rain is very rare. Welcome back, precipitation!

This picture was taken yesterday as the clouds were rolling in. This is the Bridge of the Gods, which spans the Columbia River between Cascade Locks, OR and Stevenson, WA.

  3. Those are some heavy clouds, glad you were able to enjoy some rain from them.
    Here in So Cal we last had real rain the 1st week of June and will not likely see actual rain until October...maybe.
    Thanks for the view of what rainy days look like , I can hardly recall them!
