Zinnia

I chose to post this photo I took this past summer of a pretty zinnia for a few reasons. It is "Z" day on ABC Wednesday. It is Ruby Tuesday. And because it is so gloomy and so cold out right now, I figured we all needed a quick reminder of what is to come in future months. Spring will be here someday, and with it, beautiful flowers and bright colors. I cant wait, how about you? ;)

  1. Oh, thank you for that bright, beautiful spot of color!! You're right! It's exactly what's needed on this cold, gray, grumpy, grim day!! Hope you get a little sun this week! Our chances here in Seattle don't look good!! Stay warm!

  11. I love seeing flowers on such cold and gloomy days. We are expecting a snow fall today and flowers are a nice distraction from the waiting!

  12. You were certainly right, on all counts. Lovely warm picture for my -21C afternoon. (That's 6 degrees Fahrenheit.)
Thanks for the zing of warmth.
