Chinook Landing Golden Hour

Last year, I visited Blue Lake Park a few times and Oxbow Park about a dozen times with my son. He was too young to really walk along with me at that point, but I knew this year I would be visiting these local parks a lot more with him. It was true. Now that he is a full fledged toddler and all he wants to do is run around, we visit any and all parks as often as the weather will allow. This is why I splurged and purchased the Metro Parks Pass, which means I get into Blue Lake, Oxbow, and a handful of other area parks without having to pay the parking fee. We visited Chinook Landing (also covered by the pass) off the Columbia River at the golden hour a few nights ago, and I knew we would be frequenting this place often.
