Mt St Helens over Yale Lake

This weekend I traveled north and visited Yale Lake, a reservoir on the Lewis River in Washington. The views of Mt St Helens from the lake are amazing. There is a large park on the west side called Saddle Dam. The park is closed for the season, but we walked in and had the whole place to ourselves. My favorite!

  1. A great view! I'm assuming the crater side is on the far side of the mountain.
